Orders ship between 1 to 5 business days after placing your order. We do not ship after Thursdays during the summer months (June - September) to help ensure product integrity and to avoid melting.

We currently do not ship out of the United States because we are not set up to comply with other countries' labeling laws. 

We’re unable to accept opened and/or used products for a return or exchange. We understand that ordering online is a challenge when you cannot experience the product’s scent or texture for yourself. We’re unable to accept opened and/or used products for a return or exchange. If you would like to return or exchange your unopened/unused product, you may do so within 14 days of purchase.
